A summary of the year.

1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
I decline to say based on the fact that I don't wish for some friends to know. But I will say that I considered getting seriously getting married, something I hadn't done before. Oh, and I also spent a week by myself with my father. That was a strange, but wonderful thing.

2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes, I did keep one resolution. I decline to say what that was. I have got to get back in shape though. My last relationship left me with an extra 30 pounds. ::groans::

The editorial page editor at my last paper did and so did [livejournal.com profile] alf_b.

From "Angelus" (translation from Ear-Tweak):

Anata ga kawari sekai ga kawaru
Yume ni todoke ai no honoo
Yurayura shinkirou koete

Sora ni wa hikari
Daichi ni mizu o
Sono kokoro ni tsuyosa o
Mirai e tadoritsuku ANGELUS

Jyounetsu no kakera o te ni shite.

And in English that is...

You are different, the world is changing,
The flames of love reach for a dream,
And pass through a wavering mirage.

The light from the heavens,
And water in the earth,
A prayer (ANGELUS), the strength
in your heart to reach the future,

And gather the shards of passion.
