I have a hyphen now. Hyphens are cool.

Bah, names.
When Mike and I married last March, I decided to change my name legally to his. However, since I had an 8-year professional career coming into the marriage, I decided to keep my maiden name on my professional work and my personal life would be my married name. It seemed straightforward at the time.
Oh, ha, ha, joke's on me.
I've gotten a lot of professional coverage of my design work since I got married and I've been called many different things: Megan Lavey, Meg Lavey, Meg Heaton, Megan Lavey-Heaton, etc. It's like I have multiple personality disorder and makes it very hard to track stuff.
So, to try to get everything under one banner, I'm shifting my professional name to Megan Lavey-Heaton. All my stuff will either be shown under it or Megan Heaton. I'd been using the hyphen off and on since I got married, so it might as well stick. Two last names professionally worked for Laura Ingalls Wilder!
