Catching up on backlog

I'm feeling just a little bit accomplished. I wrote not only a big feature for TUAW with the 10th anniversary of Mac OS X, but finally finished the
help_haiti fic I promised for
pip25 a year ago. Tea for Two, a little conversation piece between Lina and Xelloss, is up on my writing journal. Once I get the fanbook done, my backlog for 2010 will finally be gone. I was going really well on it until I ran into a few problems involving art in a different location, corrupt files, etc. That all should be fixed now.
But, curse/bless you, Pip, my mind has wandered back toward fanfic the past couple of days. I talked to him about some random ideas I've had for years, and it's been a good conversation all around. Definitely kept me entertained at work!
Random observation: Yes, your business is kind of doomed for bankruptcy if you're calling it "She's Got Crabs" (As seen in the Patriot-News bankruptcy listings in this Sunday's business section.)
I never showed off the hat that I made for
earthstar_chan last month.

I'm pleased with how it turned out, and a couple more people have seen it and want one as well. Mwhahaha, future Christmas gifts! I haven't worked on much else lately other than a baby blanket that needs to be done before my next UK trip. I finished one Nutkin sock and cast on the second, but then the cats managed to break the yarn. I need to felt it back together so I can keep going with it.
