Sometimes I wonder about my jellyfish tendencies.
First, I've misplaced my clarinet and my felt craft books. I could have sworn that my clarinet got on the moving truck. I wonder if it never got off it. Poor clarinet. It's either there or I left it at my mother's house. As for my felt craft books, the last time I really remember seeing them was before I moved in with
kitesareevil last January. I'm wondering if they're in that black wheeled cart I left behind (is that with you, Stef, or did it go to Nikki?) I might go searching through the closet and under the bed ... again ... just to see. Gah, this is driving me nuts.
Edit: Found them! They were in a storage box under the bed. *hugs books*
I've also misplaced my brand new portable mouse that I've never even used. At one point last week, I tucked it and my power charger in the bottom pocket of my new backpack and went on my merry way. Well, the power charger is where it's suppose to be, but I can't find the mouse. I know I didn't really go many places, which means the mouse has got to be somewhere in this apartment or at work. I didn't think I took it out when I went to the diner the other night, but I'll check. I'm really hoping that the cats simply thought it was a toy and it's lurking under some piece of furniture because I liked that mouse!
A lady on Etsy was selling scans of some out-of-print Japanese felt and clay books that are hard to find. Although a bit morally questionable, I bought them to see if I wanted to hunt down the actual books. Survey says ... yes to both the felt books, but not the clay one. Some other Etsy sellers did have the actual books, and it looks like they'll run me $20-30 plus shipping each, so I'll have to space out the purchases. But now I want to work on some felt stuff again during my breaks in knitting -- hence why I was looking for my other felt books. Back to the hunt I go!
