Owari da!!!
I've finished my Christmas shopping! Bwhahaha! I just need to ask
ely_chan and
snowstorm_tm a quick question about theirs and wait for my new check card to get here so I can order theirs and
caligogreywings.
How was I able to accomplish this feat? I got paid for the first time today and discovered that I am making a lot more money than what I thought I was. I thought I would only be bringing home $50-$75 more per paycheck. So I was stunned to see that I'm bringing home nearly $150 more! Whee! Everyone got a good Christmas! Including myself. After all, you can't do holiday shopping without buying something for yourself. I got myself Shrek 2. I saw it at my mom's house and fell in love with it. Then I saw the omake, "Far Far Away Idol" and knew I had to get a copy for myself. I'd love to keep my oldest brother's gift for myself as well (the new ROTK boxset). I'll probably pick up TTT and ROTK extended sets with my next paycheck and sit down and watch the entire trilogy again.
I feel like LOTR is the Star Wars of my generation. It's made a big impact on me, like Star Wars did on my oldest brother and his generation. I may need to get more DVD space...
