savvyliterate: (Gift from the Heart)
My things are just not selling the way that I want them to. I've had several people come by and look, but no firm offers yet. So, I've decided to fall back on my failsafe measure - I'm selling anime.

So, if anyone wants to make me an offer on the following, I've got some of it up for sale at Animeka, but can take offers from here as well.

- Fushigi Yugi (entire series - TV and three OVAs)
- Ah! My Goddess! (entire series - OVAs, movie and Mini-Goddess)
- Inuyasha (first season only, discs 1-9)
- Cardcaptor Sakura (TV series and both movies. Needs to be a pretty good offer for me to part with them)
- Lupin III (all of the movies and TV specials released here to date)

Yes, James, this means you can buy my Kenshin as well.

So what does this mean if I happened to sell my other stuff? Well, I'll turn back around and start repurchasing stuff slowly through TRSI sales. But right now, I can't afford to wait to see if something will sale. Notice what I am refusing to give up - the Maison Ikkoku box sets. It took me a bit to acquire these and I'm still working on box 4. I'm not giving this up.

And with that, here is my Christmas wish meme yanked from [livejournal.com profile] cowgirled

Step one;
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.

Step two;
- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not - it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

1. Any sort of help with my move, especially in the financial department at the moment.

2. Icons, layouts, wallpapers, various other graphics.

3. Music - lots of music that will get me through a 15-hour drive in the car with the cats. I love anime and other OSTs, 80s music, instrumentals and more.

4. Anime - there's not much I want here right now, but I would like to get more R.O.D. the TV.

5. iTunes gift certificates - those are so valuable to me right now (I can't believe I want to download the Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi soundtrack.)

6. Time with my friends.

7. Fanart - I absolutely loved the fanart that [Unknown site tag] did of "Mischievous Kiss." I would love to see what someone's take of my other work would be.

8. "InuYasha" tankouban - I need vol. 1-14 and assorted ones after 30. I forget which, because they're already packed away.

9. Stuff from Bath and Body Works - I absolutely love that place, especially their new Tucci Dolci line. Too bad it's out of my price range for now.

10. Sex and the City DVDs - I am in love with this series and want to see it uncut.
