Another paid year!

I just renewed my LiveJournal subscription for another year. I went ahead and spent the extra $10 to get more user pics. I swear, tailfluff, it is all YOUR fault! ::wicked grin:: You got me hooked on icon collecting! ely_chan made this awesome one for me last night from a Dilbert cartoon. I need to get that one uploaded.

I talked with ropa yesterday afternoon and everything's cool now. I appreciated the discussion with her. It's not that often I get into an intelligent, yet heated debate with someone. It's very cool and very stimulating as well.

And yes, folks, it is official. I am going to Tuscaloosa the weekend of my birthday. I am leaving here early in the morning on my birthday and am stopping in Atlanta at the Anime on DVD manga gathering for a few hours. Then I'll complete the trip. I should be there no later than 5 p.m. CST. Maybe we can all go out to dinner? Mack? Nicky?

I also picked up a couple more pieces of clothing last night. There is this store here called Belk's that has the best clothing! I got a nice jacket, shirt and earrings for $38. It was 50 percent off the original price, then 40 percent off that reduced price. Sweet! I am a very happy camper now. That combined with the clothing I bought last week will do for now until I lose more weight.
